Meet the Team!
Her background has a large variety of specialties and accomplishments. She began her career on a very busy med/surg unit caring for a wide range of medical and surgical conditions. Her career then took her into the opportunity of registry and travel nursing. Here she worked in areas of Intensive Care, Rehabilitation, Pulmonary, Progressive Care, Neurology, Cardiac, and LTAC Units. She displayed leadership skills holding trainer, charge nurse, and house supervisor positions. She then moved on to find her love of hospice nursing.
For several years she worked every position a RN could hold within her hospice company. She will always hold that close to her heart! Eventually her entrepreneurship led her to another path of starting a travel nurse agency. As her dream became her reality very quickly, she began her agency and employed several hundred healthcare workers to facilities in need over almost a five year span.
As much as Jessica enjoyed helping healthcare facilities prevent a staffing shortage, and providing great employment to many, she missed the reason she became a nurse in the first place…….to provide patient care. Remembering this gift to care for others, produced Radiant Recharge!

Dr. Aneel Ursani
Medical Director
Dr. Aneel Ursani is an experienced psychiatrist and entrepreneur.
He earned his dual bachelor’s degree from University of California, Berkeley in Cell Biology and Psychology before he completed medical school at St. George’s University and psychiatry residency training at Eastern Virginia Medical School. He also recently earned an executive MBA at UC Berkeley.
He has served as a clinical advisor to several different mental health startups, as well as engaged in physician leadership roles at numerous companies including Cerebral, Lifestance, Amwell, Klinic, and Revive Telehealth. He has developed clinical quality programs and has led hundreds of providers in delivering high quality evidence-based care. He has a particular focus on treatment resistant and high-risk patient populations. He now serves as a medical director for a health plan.
James Richardson
Phlebotomist
James has been working in healthcare since 2020, and is happily married with 4 children! He has made it his mission to provide fast and friendly service throughout all lab collections. James holds certificates in phlebotomy, HIPAA regulations, OSHA regulations, and bloodborne pathogens.
Michelle Plotke
Laser Electrologist Specialist & Safety Compliance Officer
Michelle is a Florida native and shares the sweetest dog with her husband of over 7 years. She has been in the beauty and wellness industry for over 15 years. After graduating and obtaining her aesthetics, electrology, and laser license, she found her passion in helping clients look and feel their best through proper skin care, and laser treatments. She took that passion in
both a teaching role and as a practitioner, where she has taught many students and provided services for hundreds of clients. She specializes in laser treatments, including laser hair removal, photofacials, facial rejuvenation, IPL treatments, and electrolysis. She strives to provide clients with the best results through the safest and most effective treatments. She is always eager to keep up with the ever changing trends in the industry and constantly challenges herself to grow within her field of practice

Registered Nurse
Jessica is a Registered Nurse with 15 years of experience in healthcare and two years of experience as an RN. Her extensive background spans a variety of clinical settings, giving her a well-rounded understanding of patient care, wellness, and individualized treatment. She is passionate about helping clients feel their best through compassionate care, education, and a personalized approach to health and wellness.
